SharePoint User Support

Job Location: Washington, D.C.

Clearance Required: Secret

Years of Experience: 2-5

Education: Bachelor Degree Preferred

General: Minimum 2+ years user support experience



Duties:
  • Assists users on how to utilize SharePoint 2010 features and capabilities
  • Answers user questions via e-mail, in-person, or phone
  • Creates documentation FAQ for users, as needed
  • Review, analyze and resolve Service Requests related to creating new account, updating account profile, broken SharePoint site
  • Provide weekly report and collaborate with User Support lead for direction and task assignment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years user support experience
  • Experience with SharePoint 2010 capabilities
  • Experience creating and managing user accounts in Active Directory
  • Experience providing user support for SharePoint
  • Experience providing and managing user permission to SharePoint sites
  • Very good at verbal and written communication
