All-Source Analyst

Job Location: Charlottesville, VA

Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI Required**

Years of Experience: 3-5

Education: Bachelors

General:

• Experience in all-source analysis in the production of technology targeting risk assessments.
• Knowledge and experience in the Acquisition Support, U.S. Exports and VISA databases.
• Background in weapons technology, technology transfer activities.
• Strategic writing experience at a Service Intelligence Center, Combat Support Agency, or USD(I)Joint Staff.
• Knowledge and experience in using WISE, anonymous IP access, export license software.

Duties:
Research classified and open source information regarding technology transfer; analyze information using critical thinking methodologies; and author Technology Targeting Risk Assessments (TTRA), Risk Assessments for Technology Transfer (RATT) and other related DWO products. Place intelligence information in databases and conduct export license reviews.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in all-source intelligence analysis
• Recent experience in all-source analysis, knowledge of and or production of TTRAs desired
• Knowledge of and/or experience with the Acquisition Support, U.S. Exports and VISA databases
• Fundamental understanding of the Technology Protection Program processes and customer requirements
• Technologist with awareness of DoD critical technologies and emerging and advanced technologies of potential value to the DoD
• Must be a US citizen

Desired Skills:

• Experience writing DWO products, Technology Targeting Risk Assessment (TTRA) and/or Risk Assessment for Technology Transfer (RATT).
